How to use with Clarity (free public service)

  1. Go to a hub above (when open / system online).
  2. On iPhone or Android: join the public Starlink / Hi‑Wifi network.
  3. Open Coconut Wireless or Clarity → chat & call (your servers are already paid).
  4. If you had no signal earlier, queued messages can send once you’re on Wi‑Fi.
  5. When you leave the park, you’re offline again until the next hub / hotspot — that’s normal.

Ohana WiFi strategy (using this list)

  1. Don’t rebuild what exists — list these 8 as the first Ohana WiFi spine.
  2. Brand the path: “Free Hi‑Wifi Starlink → free Clarity Line.”
  3. Add your own hubs only where gaps remain (centers, churches, Kauaʻi First sites).
  4. Partner / sponsor to fund extra dishes later — not to replace county hubs.
  5. Never claim you own these Starlinks; credit official Kauaʻi Hi‑Wifi / public program.
